I took a NotebookLM-generated infographic on anxious overachievement and built an interactive data-exploration layer on top of it — 8 clickable hotspot zones, a full pan/zoom engine, glassy tooltip reveals, and a split-panel detail view — all in a single self-contained HTML file with no framework, no build pipeline, and no external JS. Deployed to Cloudflare Pages the same night it was built.

Hermes is a self-managed Linux VPS (Hostinger KVM, Singapore) that runs "Donna" — a persistent AI assistant — as a 24/7 Telegram agent. The stack uses Docker containers, a NousResearch Hermes Agent gateway, multi-model LLM routing via LiteLLM and OpenRouter, system cron for daily briefings and data-sync triggers, and Tailscale for zero-public-surface SSH access. A forensic cost audit, architectural decision process (including an Opus-arbitrated head-to-head comparison against an alternative runtime), and a multi-phase hardening plan are all documented in the project vault.

Deployed ClaudeClaw OS (earlyaidopters/claudeclaw-os v1.1.0) on a Hostinger KVM 2 VPS running Ubuntu, turning Claude Code CLI into a persistent background service reachable via Telegram and a local dashboard API. Designed the security cage, secrets management, vault sync architecture, and the reverse HTTP channel that lets other systems (GLOS, cron jobs) programmatically hand facts to the agent and receive Donna-voiced responses — without the calling system ever touching a public LLM API.
