AI Readiness Assessment

Find out exactly where AI can save your business time and money. In one week, scored.

A 0-100 AI Readiness Score across 7 weighted categories, a prioritized opportunity map, and a 90-day quick wins roadmap. No vague recommendations. No 40-page report nobody reads.

Founding rate: $500 for the first 10 assessments (regular $1,200). 4 of 10 slots remain. No obligation until you pay.

74
AI Readiness Score

Composite 0-100 across 7 categories.
You get a number, not a novel.

Most AI advice is expensive and vague. You deserve a diagnosis, not a deck.

Every "AI consultant" shows up with a blank notepad and leaves you with a PDF full of tools you've already heard of. None of it tells you what to fix first, what it costs you to wait, or what a realistic 90-day roadmap actually looks like.

📋

Qualitative reports with no score

You get observations and bullet points. Nothing quantified. No way to benchmark against where you were three months ago or where a competitor stands.

📡

Generic recommendations

"Consider using AI for customer service." You already knew that. What you need is a specific workflow, an estimated hours-saved figure, and a tool name.

💸

Enterprise pricing, SMB problems

The good firms charge $10K-50K. The cheap ones deliver a Gamma deck in 20 minutes. Neither is priced or calibrated for a 20-80 person operation trying to get real traction.

Your composite score at a glance

0 to 100
One number. What it means depends on where you are in the bands below.
Critical gaps. AI will fail before it starts. 0-39
Partial readiness. Fix the blockers first. 40-69
Strong foundation. Build and scale. 70-100
Every category is rated 1-5 with behavioral anchors, not gut feel. The composite is weighted so the two highest-leverage factors (Data Readiness and Tool Stack Integration) carry the most weight.

Six deliverables. Delivered in 7 business days.

📊

AI Readiness Score Card

Scored 0-100 composite across all 7 categories with behavioral anchor ratings (1-5) and weighting breakdown. The single artifact your team will reference for every AI decision going forward.

📍

Priority Impact / Effort Matrix

6-10 specific opportunities mapped on effort vs. impact axes. Each entry includes the workflow, the AI fix, estimated hours saved per month, and a rough annualized value.

📅

90-Day Quick Wins Roadmap

Three items only. Each with a specific tool name, implementation complexity rating, time-to-value estimate, and a one-line rationale for why this one goes first.

📂

10-Slide Assessment Deck

The scored output packaged as a shareable PDF and live link. Built so you can present it upward or sideways without needing to explain the context from scratch.

One Ready-to-Import Automation Workflow

A working n8n workflow JSON for the highest-impact quick win identified in your assessment. Ready to import. Not a diagram of what you could build, the actual thing.

📞

60-Minute Live Review Call

Walk through every finding together. Ask questions, push back, request clarifications. This is where the roadmap becomes an actual plan with your context layered in.

What is not included: Hands-on implementation, vendor selection research, custom workflow builds beyond the one included JSON, ongoing support after delivery. This is a diagnostic with a clear handoff, not a retainer.

Four steps. Seven business days. One clear picture.

Step 01

You pay and complete intake

Lock in your founding-rate slot via payment link, then fill out a short intake form (company overview, 5 departments, current tools in use, top operational pain points). Takes about 20 minutes.

Step 02

45-minute discovery interview

One focused call with a decision-maker. We work through the 7 scoring categories with behavioral anchors. I come pre-briefed on your business from the intake, so we skip the setup and go straight to substance.

Step 03

Production: scoring, matrix, workflow

I score all 7 categories, build the priority matrix with estimated time savings, select the highest-impact quick win, and build the n8n workflow JSON. The 10-slide deck gets populated from these outputs.

Step 04

Live review call + deck delivery

60 minutes together to walk through the score, the matrix, and the roadmap. You leave with the deck, the workflow file, and a clear answer to "what do we do first and why."

A $1,200 assessment. At $500 while the first 10 slots are open.

The founding rate is not a sale. It is a deliberate batch to build a real case study library before the full price goes live. You get the same framework, the same scored output, and the same 60-minute review call. In exchange, I ask for a testimonial and permission to reference your score anonymously if the results are strong.

4 of 10 founding-rate slots remain. Closes at 10.

Maximum 2 concurrent assessments. One fully delivered per week. This is a hard capacity ceiling, not a marketing line.

Dwad Lane
Fractional Chief AI Officer

This assessment framework came out of a 90-day engagement with a mid-size moving company in Metro Manila. Five departments, 22 staff, 12 workflows mapped end-to-end. Synthesizing that engagement surfaced patterns a standard discovery call would have taken months to find: which gaps were genuine blockers versus noise, which automations would actually stick, and how to sequence quick wins so the team built momentum rather than burnout.

I build a pre-call profile on every client before the discovery interview starts. By the time we talk, I already have a preliminary read on your tool stack, your workflow density, and where the score is likely to be weak. That is not a standard 45-minute intake call. The difference between guessing and knowing is a structured rubric applied before the first question is asked.

The founding rate exists for one reason: I want to build a case study library with real data before charging the full rate. If your business is a good fit and the results are strong, I will ask for a testimonial and permission to reference your composite score anonymously. That is the exchange. You get the same assessment either way.

Common questions before committing

SMBs with 15-150 employees who have heard "you should be using AI" but do not have a clear picture of where to start, what it costs to wait, or which investments will actually pay off. Operations managers, business owners, and COOs who need a structured answer, not another webinar.
Seven business days from the date you complete the intake form. The 45-minute discovery interview is scheduled within the first two days. Deck delivery happens by the end of business day 7. The live review call is scheduled within two business days of deck delivery, so the full engagement closes by day 9-10.
Team AI Literacy is one of the seven scored categories, and it is specifically rated for non-technical operators. Low scores there do not disqualify you from the assessment, they become one of the inputs for the quick wins roadmap. The 90-day plan is built around what your team can realistically adopt, not what is theoretically possible.
The assessment is a standalone deliverable. You receive the deck, the workflow file, and the roadmap, and you own all of it. If after the review call you want help implementing the quick wins, that conversation happens during the call. Implementation engagements are scoped separately and available by application only.
A number travels. You can share a score with your board, your leadership team, or a prospective investor without attaching the full context. It also creates a baseline: when you run the assessment again in 12 months after implementing the roadmap, you have a before and after. A written report does not give you either of those things.
Yes. Everything shared during intake and the discovery interview is held in confidence and never published without explicit written approval. For founding-rate clients, I ask for permission to reference your composite score anonymously if results are strong. You are never named, quoted, or identified without your approval. Client data is not shared with third parties.
