I'm Dwad Lane — a designer and builder who works the whole stack: strategy, product design, and the code that makes it real. I care about quality obsessively and I don't ship things I'm not proud of.

Most of my work lives at the intersection of AI and real human systems — tools that are gamified, genuinely useful, and a little delightful. I build fast, in tight loops, and I think three steps ahead so the thing still makes sense six months later.

• Gamified systems and behavior-driven UX
• Full-stack delivery — Next.js, Astro, Supabase, Cloudflare, the Claude API
• Taking something from napkin → live and beautiful, solo
